Shared and Private Contact Management - Exchange 2003's collaboration tools let team members create both private and group lists, and easily share and copy contact information into Outlook address books.

Public Folders - Frequently used documents can be placed in shared areas, accessible to all team members for viewing and to authorized users for editing - letting you easily manage document versions.

Blackberry Support

Through Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.0, Digital North provides Blackberry users the ability to receive access to their Microsoft Exchange email account and functionality such as calendar and tasks right on their Blackberry handheld device. Note: The email account must be hosted by Digital North.
